As your therapist, I will approach our work from an intersectional lens, taking into consideration the various aspects of your identity and the way the world has reacted to that identity.

Angie loves working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family of origin concerns, college concerns, immigrant issues, couples, work stress, ADHD, bipolar disorder, marriage counseling, career counseling, women's issues, stress, family conflict, self-esteem, racial identity, trauma, and PTSD. She especially loves working with young adults.

Together, we will navigate barriers/issues by working on understanding your present thinking and behavior and providing you with healthy tools to change your thinking, behavior, and relationship patterns. Angie is trained in several theories such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, etc.
